7. Non-Circumvention and Platform Usage

Users (both Buyers and Vendors) acknowledge and agree that all tenders, bids, and related transactions initiated through TenderHub SG must be completed exclusively through the platform. Users are strictly prohibited from circumventing TenderHub SG by engaging directly with another user for the purpose of avoiding platform fees or charges. In the event of circumvention, TenderHub SG reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offending user's account, impose liquidated damages equivalent to the applicable platform fees, and pursue any legal remedies available under Singapore law. Users further agree that any introductions, leads, or opportunities gained through the use of the platform shall be deemed originated by TenderHub SG, and fees are payable if transactions arise.

8. Disclaimers

All Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TenderHub SG does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the Content
